My first encounter with the word Pororo went way back when my good friend told me about a cake her customer ordered.
I exclaimed, Poro-what? And we both started laughing. Those were the days where we only knew what Chanel and LV were. Today, I can name you more cartoon characters than I can name you the newest bag in the market. Let’s see, I know – Pororo, Robocar Poli and Bubble Guppies. Not too bad, eh?
We visited Pororo Park Singapore at Marina Square yesterday. Here were the key takeaways for me.
Free Admission for Children below 1
Most indoor playgrounds offer free admission for children below 1. However, accompanying adults need to pay $6 to enter. Each play session is for 2-hours.
Partners’ Admission Rates: Bring DBS, OCBC, Popular, SAFRA and Starhub card
If you have the following credit cards, bring along to enjoy special Partners’ Admission Rates. There is a catch here, if your child is under 1, she/he enters for free but accompanying adults would need to pay the non-member rate of $6, even if you have DBS, OCBC, Popular, SAFRA or Starhub card.
Free Wifi at Loopy’s Cafe – Work From Home Parent / Work Offsite Parent
If you are a work-offsite parent, you will appreciate this. Pororo Park offers free wifi, and there is a cafe where you can sit and get work done while your little one runs off to play.
Socks are a must
You must wear socks, so don’t forget to bring them.
Now, for the fun part – PHOTOS!
